==IET Presidents==
The IET is governed by the President and Board of Trustees.<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.theiet.org/about/people/trustees/|title=IET Board of Trustees}}</ref> The IET Council,<ref>{{cite web|url=http://www.theiet.org/about/people/council/|title=Council of the IET, UK}}</ref> on the other hand, serves as the advisory and consultative body, representing views of the members at large and offering advice to the Board of Trustees.
